Operation manual of ky3-b three-phase closed-loop trigger

  I. overview

  Ky3-b three-phase closed-loop trigger is the most advanced SCR phase-shift trigger integrated circuit imported from abroad. The output trigger pulse has high symmetry and stability, does not change with the ambient temperature, and has no phase sequence requirements. It contains complete fault protection functions such as phase loss, overcurrent, overheating, etc. it has the advantages of high precision, perfect function, simple and reliable use, easy debugging, strong anti-interference, etc. It can be widely used in voltage and current regulation in various fields of industry, and it is suitable for resistive load, inductive load, primary side of transformer and various rectifying devices. It is mainly used in high-power power supply, high-frequency equipment AC / DC voltage regulation, salt bath furnace, power frequency induction furnace, quenching furnace, melting glass temperature heating control and various industrial furnaces; rectifier transformer, shunting machine, primary side of furnace transformer, magnetization and demagnetization regulation, DC motor speed regulation control, motor soft start energy-saving device; nickel, ferrochrome, far-infrared heating elements and silicon molybdenum rod Temperature control of heating elements such as silicon carbide rod, etc.

  II. Performance characteristics

  There is no phase sequence requirement limitation, which can be used for power grid with power supply frequency of 220V, 380V, 660V, 1140V and 50 / 60Hz.

  It can directly interface with the output signals of various control instruments (temperature controllers) and microcomputers at home and abroad.

  It is applicable to various load types such as resistive load, inductive load and primary side of transformer.

  It has the function of soft start and soft stop to reduce the impact on the power grid and make the main circuit more safe and reliable.

  Strong driving ability, each circuit can output 800 ma current, can drive 4000A thyristor.

  It has the functions of phase loss, over-current and over-voltage protection.

  It has three control modes of open-loop, constant current and constant voltage, which are applied in different occasions.

  Integrated structure: power supply, synchronous transformer, trigger control circuit and pulse transformer are integrated. Compact structure, easy debugging, simple wiring.

  The aluminum shell is used for protection and installation, which is safe and dust-proof.

  III. main technical indicators and use

  Input signal: 4-20mA (select short circuit S1 through P1 jumper) DC 0-5V (select short circuit S2 through P1 jumper) DC 0-10V (select short circuit S3 through P1 jumper) 10K potentiometer (for manual adjustment)

  Output specification: three-phase or three-phase two-way trigger 0-100% output.

  Phase shift range: 0-180.

  Trigger capacity: ≤ 4000A thyristor.

  Indication function:

  PW · power indication

  QX? Phase loss indication

  GL · over current fault indication

  Use of power supply: AC1 and ac2 are connected to 220VAC main power supply (if the user needs 380V connection, it needs to be customized separately).

  Load test: when the trigger is tested, the load is not connected or the current is less than 0.5A, and the SCR cannot work normally. So the load current should be greater than 0.5A.

  IV. working methods

  1. Three operation modes of closed-loop or constant current and constant voltage:

  The trigger board selects the closed-loop or constant current and voltage mode through K1 line switch. When debugging the trigger board, it is better to ask the user to select the closed-loop general voltage regulation mode for debugging. (that is to say, when K1 is requested to be set to the closed-loop position, it is under the control of general voltage regulation mode)

  The trigger board can be connected to three-phase current transformer signals and directly selected for constant voltage and current control. (please select the short circuit S5 and S7 through JP1 and JP3 jumpers for control).

  The trigger board can also be connected with the DC 3V voltage and the 75mV feedback signal of the diverter for the constant current and voltage control of the DC load.

  (please select short-circuit S4 and S6 through JP1 and JP3 jumpers for DC closed-loop control).

  The trigger plate can be sampled according to different requirements. The trigger board can also form an external closed-loop automatic control system with a single-chip microcomputer and corresponding detection sensors.

  2. Three input modes can be selected:

  ○ 4-20mA input. Select the short circuit S1 through JP4 jumper.

  ○ 0-5V input. Select short circuit S2 through JP4 jumper.

  ○ 0-10V input. Select short circuit S3 through JP4 jumper.

  3. The temperature control protection switch and reset switch can be connected externally: (please refer to the wiring diagram).

  4. Soft start adjustment:

  The trigger board can adjust the soft start time by setting the soft start adjustable resistance, and adjust it clockwise for longer start time.

  5. Current limiting protection:

  The trigger board sets the current limiting threshold value by adjusting the current limiting adjustable resistance, which is adjusted to low in clockwise direction.

  6. Over current protection:

  The trigger board sets the over-current threshold value by adjusting the over-current adjustable resistance, which is adjusted to low in clockwise direction.

  V. troubleshooting of abnormal state

  1. When the input control signal is small, SCR is close to 100% output:

  It is possible that the trigger is not connected to the feedback signal under the constant current or constant voltage working mode, resulting in misjudgment of the trigger integration system. Please connect to the corresponding feedback signal.

  When the trigger is in constant current mode, the load current is too small.

  Check whether the feedback signal is connected correctly.

  2. SCR has no output, no current or voltage:

  The power indicator of the panel is not on, and SCR cannot work. Please check whether the power of the trigger is connected correctly.

  Check whether the phase loss indicator is on. If it is on, check whether the protection system and synchronization signal are connected.

  Check whether the over-current indicator light is on. If the light is on to prove that the over-current protection status has been achieved, please check the power-off reset or short circuit reset switch to reset.
